Pharis Design was part of a multi-disciplinary team led by TBG Partners, along with Miro Rivera Architects. Utilizing the CSS (context sensitive solutions) design process, Pharis led the Analysis and Inventory portion of the project. That process revealed an opportunity to convert an old bridge into a mobility focused park that spans the river. The park design has been adopted by CTRMA.
