At 6,500 Acres, the ranch is one of the largest urban infill projects in the nation. Located within a rapidly developing corridor the land has a storied legacy of mining, recreation, and stewardship under the direction of the Robinson Family. Pharis Design has been advising and assisting the family since 2002 with land use planning, condemnation and various other regional planning issues. The Ranch is currently home to the new 60 Acres Apple Campus that will feature upwards of 15,000 jobs at full build out.
