Longview

Longview is a community that will feature homes to meet the “missing middle” housing crisis.  The community incorporates alley loaded design, walkable shaded streets, and each home will be within a five minute walk to a park or recreation amenity.  38% of the community will remain as open space, and over 5 miles of trails will be constructed, including connections to planned and existing regional multi modal trail systems.
