Camelback is envisioned to be the premier lake living community in Austin, Texas.  A breathtaking site, with sweeping views of downtown, 360 bridge and Lake Austin, the project will leverage these assets to create a walkable, mixed use, resort style living community.  A 13.5 acre park for all of Austin will be developed as part of the overall design.  An 8 month process of intense neighborhood and community outreach laid the groundwork for the approval of the PUD in November of 2018. The project is currently in the master planning phase.
