A 500 Acre Community located in Leander, Texas. Pharis Design worked with the development team to establish and implement the vision of a modern lifestyle that honors a rural legacy. We led a multi-disciplinary team through the master planning process, PUD entitlements, schematic design of the main entry, and the amenity center design.
