A former union hall near Zilker Park that was transformed into a boutique hotel and restaurant in collaboration with Specht Architects. The site contained numerous heritage Pecans that anchored the site design. A complex water collection system to handle AC condensate, water quality, and floodplain control was integrated into the design of this easy going, neighborhood hub.
