Brazos Bluff

A new gathering space along the Butler Trail at Lady Bird Lake.  Stormwater runoff and root compaction were a major problem. The design resolves these issues by incorporating rain gardens on the uphill side, and a raised deck underneath the heritage live oaks that prevents further compaction and allows stormwater to pass under.
